Sales OS is operated by an individual developer based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

We act as a Data Processor on behalf of our users (Businesses), who act as Data Controllers.

All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection standards and industry best practices.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and business details
  • Communication Data: Customer conversations, message metadata, timestamps, delivery status, and phone numbers
  • Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, system logs for debugging and security
  • Workflow Data: Appointment details, CRM records, automation rules

4. How We Use Information

We use collected data strictly for:

  • Operating and maintaining the platform
  • Processing and automating customer communications
  • Providing support and resolving technical issues
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

We do not use your data or your customers’ data for advertising or marketing.

5. WhatsApp and Messaging Compliance

Sales OS integrates with third-party messaging platforms, including WhatsApp Business API.

  • Sales OS uses only official APIs provided by Meta
  • Data processing follows WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms
  • Users are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent before messaging customers
  • Users must provide a clear opt-out option
  • Sales OS does not initiate unsolicited messages

All messaging is executed based on user-defined configurations.

6. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We do not sell personal data.

We only share data with essential service providers:

  • Infrastructure: Hetzner or similar cloud hosting providers
  • Messaging APIs: Meta (WhatsApp), Twilio or similar providers
  • Monitoring tools: used for system performance, if added in the future

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, restricted access to production systems, monitoring, and vulnerability checks.

Users and their customers may request access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or restriction of processing.
